This completes the end of week two of my new nutrition & workout routine and I am officially down 5 lbs! It looks like I am averaging a 2.5 lb weight loss per week so far.
I continue my workout sessions with Deb Welsh, Owner of MyoFit Mobile Personal Training 2 times per week, with the exception of last Thursday only because I had surgery 2 weeks ago and was doing too much too s…oon.
With Deb, I am doing a combination of cardio & resistance training to build muscle mass, which is a good thing for women in my age bracket.
It helps to burn calories and improve muscle tone. I am not hungry, am sleeping better and feel energized being off SUGAR! My self-hypnosis keeps me on track, focused and motivated each week thus far without any struggle! I can honestly say Deb is fantastic and FUN to workout with!
