Are you curious about hypnosis for insomnia? Sleep issues, also known as Insomnia are very common in my private practice and it affects not only adults but children and teens as well. With the pressure of responsibility and expectation in our lives, we constantly have a “to-do” list running through our heads.
For those struggling with sleep issues, it is your subconscious still running that list of “to-do’s” in order to help keep you productive or safe.
Since your subconscious mind’s job is to protect you in every way, it thinks you need this prompting, even when your conscious mind is ready to call it a day and sleep.
Hypnosis for insomnia is a great way to access your subconscious and understand why it is playing the tape that keeps you awake at night even though you want to sleep.
It holds the key to this and many more issues…and very easy to resolve.
What We Will Do In Our First Hypnotherapy for Insomnia Session
In the first session we will uncover the belief system operating at your subconscious level and then re-educate it so you can sleep and once again experience a peaceful nights rest.

I had suffered from insomnia for many months, despite trying several homeopathic and sleep hygiene remedies to no avail. I was becoming increasingly frustrated with my dysfunctional sleep pattern and believed that pharmaceuticals would be in my future, even though I knew they weren’t the answer to my problem.
Finally, I decided to give hypnosis for insomnia a try. I must admit that I was skeptical that I would benefit from hypnosis, as all previous attempts to remedy my sleep problem were unsuccessful. To my surprise, I was able to achieve a restful night’s sleep after two sessions! The reinforcement techniques I learned in my sessions have allowed me to have continued uninterrupted sleep. I now awake generally feeling well-rested and with more energy. Keli’s thorough and insightful approach has quickly made me a believer in the benefits of hypnotherapy.
