As I continue on my nutrition and weight loss journey, I am happy to report that I am down 11 lbs. as of today. I continue to work out, eat more (I know, it sounds crazy but I often use to skip meals) drink more water and eat WAY less sugar.
It is so strange that I am finally getting to know my body better after all these years. I have learned that NOT drinking water makes me retain weight AND so does skipping meals.
Not to mention how much better I feel NOT consuming sugar, having finally connected the dots how it AND the lack of hydration contributed greatly to my low energy and headaches/migraines that I have been battling for years.
I am in amazement of this process and although I will admit that some days are tougher than others, I am so committed to this process seeing HOW MUCH BETTER I FEEL OVERALL!
It is apparent that in my case “slow and steady will win the race,” but that’s OK, because I KNOW I WILL WIN!!!!
